House Rules
PALM SPRINGS RENTAL RULES
Unfortunately, the law in Palm Springs does not allow any music outdoors. City fines may apply if music can be heard at the property line. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home.
PARTY POLICY:
Parties are not allowed. (Maximum of 8 overnight guests). No more than 12 people are permitted in the home during the daytime.
PETS:
Small dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Only 1 dog is allowed on the premises. Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds. Please clean up after your dog inside and out of the home. Additional $50 cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is needed.
POOL HEATING FEE:
Pool can be heated with 24hr notice for $90 per day. Heat recommended Oct-May. There is no lifeguard on Duty. No diving and no glass in the pool.
CARS ON PROPERTY:
No more than 4 cars can park at the property (Including street parking). Please do not park in front of neighbors homes.
